I offer individualized and small group consulting for practitioners and organizations seeking a deeper, more practical understanding of neurodivergence, sexuality, and gender, and how to translate that understanding into truly affirming care.
My work is educational, interactive, and grounded in exploration rather than instruction alone. Together, we examine the beliefs, assumptions, blind spots, and discomforts that shape how we show up in the therapy room.
Through role play, interactive theater, and guided exercises, you practice real time skills, strengthen motivational interviewing, and gain tools you can use immediately with clients.
This work is informed by lived experience, years of educational performance, and a commitment to helping practitioners move beyond “I’m not queer, so I can’t know” toward a more expansive, imaginative understanding of what clients navigate every day.
I help you step into different perspectives, widen your lens, and offer care that meets people where they are with confidence, respect, and affirmation.
