My rates are determined carefully to reflect my skill, education, experience, time, and effort. However, I believe strongly that everyone deserves access to care. After your initial free call, we will determine the best service for your needs. Then, if counseling is the right fit, we collaborate within our first session on what we want future sessions to look like. This can include starting off with a brief meditation practice, exercises given, or finding breakthroughs solely through conversations. Sessions are typically 50-minutes in duration and can be weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
I also offer intensives, which are more condensed counseling that occurs in several frequent sessions within a short period.
After your free initial discovery call, if we determine that coaching is the right fit for you, we will work together to define your personal goals and create a detailed and actionable plan to achieve them. I will provide guidance, support, and accountability. If you wanted a single session, you'll walk away with a plan and tools to get you there. If we have a longer-term package in place, I'll guide you toward your goals and provide support and connection along the way, with each session bringing additional steps and an adjusted plan as you make progress.
