Why Intensive Therapy?
Sometimes life, relationships, trauma, or identity shifts demand more than weekly check-ins. You may need a focused series of sessions designed to move through deep patterns, process big emotions, or rebuild connection with clarity and intention.

That’s what an intensive is. It’s a short-term, concentrated experience designed to create space and momentum.

My intensive therapy is built for individuals or couples/polycules living in Oregon who want deeper, faster, more supported work.

The Process
Treatment
-
Twice-weekly 90-minute sessions over 2 or 3 weeks. (Flexible depending on your schedule and what you need.)

-
Deep focused time for emotional processing, relational repair or growth, identity work, trauma healing, boundary building, communication work, or the appropriate session for whatever you bring.

-
Space to pause, reflect, integrate. Sessions can be adapted to your pacing and needs.
Assessment
-
One 90-minute intake session (joint session for couples/polycules) to map out your needs, goals, and what you want to get out of the intensive.

-
Two 50 minute individual sessions per person.

-
Ideally all within one week.
Follow-up
-
After the intensive you’ll receive support for integration. I offer continuing guidance, resources, or check-ins to help what we worked on land in your life.

-
Flexibility to add more intensive session weeks as needed, or transition to weekly sessions.
