Loving each other doesn't mean it's always easy

Maybe you keep having the same argument, just with different words.
Maybe one of you needs space while another needs reassurance, and somehow both end up feeling rejected.

Maybe you're navigating different neurotypes, communication styles, sensory needs, or expectations about affection and intimacy.

Maybe you're exploring polyamory or ethical non-monogamy and discovering that the usual relationship advice doesn't quite fit.

Or maybe nothing is falling apart. You just want more connection, more pleasure, more play, and a relationship that feels good to be in.

You don't have to wait for a relationship crisis to work on your relationships.

What if your relationships could feel different?

Not perfect. Not conflict-free. Just more connected, intentional, and genuinely yours.

Imagine being able to:

  • Have difficult conversations without getting stuck in the same cycle.

  • Understand each other's neurotypes and needs without making one person the problem.

  • Navigate jealousy, boundaries, agreements, and changing relationship dynamics with more confidence.

  • Build intimacy that includes emotional closeness, affection, sensuality, and pleasure.

  • Feel more secure being yourself without masking to keep the peace.

  • Create relationships that fit the people in them, rather than someone else's rules.

The goal isn't to build the perfect relationship. It's to build relationships that work for the people actually in them.

Relational therapy with a real human in your corner

I'm not here to decide who's right, who's wrong, or what your relationships should look like.

I'm here to get curious about what's happening between you.

We'll explore the patterns you keep getting pulled into, what each person needs, and where communication gets tangled.

I'm not a sit-back-and-nod therapist. I'll ask questions, share observations, offer education, and help you practice new ways of relating. Sometimes we'll laugh. Sometimes we'll have uncomfortable conversations. Sometimes we'll discover that the thing you've been fighting about isn't actually the thing you've been fighting about.

Whether you're monogamous, polyamorous, exploring ENM, or creating a relationship structure that doesn't have a convenient label, you won't have to defend how you love to receive support.

Our work will be collaborative, practical, and tailored to the people in the room—not a one-size-fits-all relationship formula.

Curious about the human behind the therapy?

What relational therapy with me actually looks like.

1. Get Curious

We start by understanding your relationship dynamics, communication styles, individual needs, and what brought you here. No assumptions about what your relationships should look like.

2. Connect the Dots

We'll explore recurring patterns, misunderstandings, unmet needs, and the ways different neurotypes or experiences may be contributing to disconnection.

3. Practice Something
Different

We'll experiment with communication, boundaries, repair, agreements, intimacy, and pleasure. Think of it as gathering evidence about what actually works for the people involved.

4. Build Relationships
That Fit

We'll reflect on what's changing, strengthen what works, and create ways to keep practicing outside therapy.

Our work has a direction, not a deadline.
