About Me

I’m Ryn (they/them), a counselor and coach who believes healing begins with integrity, self-awareness, and compassion. My work is rooted in the belief that liberation starts within, and that each of us can rise from the systems and stories that have shaped us.

I have worked in the mental health field for nearly fifteen years, from hospitals and psychiatric units to private practice. Along the way, I have seen how the system can harm the very people it is meant to help. I created this practice as an alternative to that system.

I built a space that values authenticity over burnout, connection over hierarchy, and liberation over compliance.

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems, DBT, somatic and mindfulness based practices, and ecotherapy. I draw from evidence based methods while keeping the work deeply human, creative, and adaptive.

I do not sit outside the struggle giving instructions. I sit with you in it, and together we find a way through.

As a neurodivergent, queer, and trans person, I know what it is like to navigate a world that was not built for you.

I bring lived experience, professional training, and an unshakable belief in your ability to heal and grow.

Outside of work, you will probably find me rock climbing, painting, learning languages, playing trumpet or ukulele, or wandering through nature with my dog Sansa and two black cats, Melog and Khoshekh.

I combine lived experience, professional training, and a liberation focused approach in a way that allows clients to feel understood, affirmed, and supported from the very first moment.

This matters because you deserve support that understands your world, meets you with real compassion, and helps you grow without needing to hide any part of yourself.

It's hard to find someone who gets it.
I am speaking to you as someone inside this community, not outside looking in .

I know the language, the culture, the struggle, and the joy. I understand neurodivergent life, queer and trans identity, chosen family, kink, non monogamy, community care, and the weight of systems that were never built for us. When you sit with me, you are sitting with someone who already gets the reality you live in.
